Use clean hands, bowl and spoon; open the single-serve sachet.
Empty the powder
Pour the complete powder into the bowl.
Add approved liquid
Gradually add the labelled amount of safe water, expressed breast milk or correctly prepared formula.
Mix to texture
Stir thoroughly until the purée is smooth and suitable for spoon-feeding.
Check & feed
Check texture and temperature, then feed immediately and responsibly.
Important — follow the product-specific liquid ratio and caregiver or programme guidance. Prepare in a bowl for spoon-feeding and discard leftovers according to local guidance.
